Recently we have upgraded our house. We painted our plain white room into a darker room, and started tiling our downstairs hallway. The flooring before is hidious! Check it out!

Jeff's brother Zac came over to help us.

We layed down the plastic, and started the painting!

These pictures should be switched, but as you see we have a closet and we decided not to paint the inside of it, I think it will turn out better that way, especially since we didnt paint all the walls in the room this dark color.

We took off the crown molding and the door.

This is a bad picture, but it shows the color and the way we painted the room, we have a "ledge" that is tiled, and we decided to just piant the bottom portion of the wall. It made the room look a bit bigger and not so dark.

This is the window in the room. My favorite part of the whole room because its made like a sitting area around the window, or at least it has that much room for it. Thats the best way I can describe it. :)

all said and done. ( dont mind the cat food. haha its put up there so the dogs dont get it. ) I think the red curtain looks good with the dark colored walls.
