Nothing stops her...

After about a week of Caitlynn having a cold,cough, wheezing, and runny nose, we were told that she probably will have breathing problems for the rest of her life... Or as most would say.. asthma. We were sent home the first of the week with a nebulizer, we were told to bring it back at the follow-up appointment. Well, after the few days she wasnt showing signs of improvement so we did chest x-rays and our insurance covered the price for us to actually purchase a brand new nebulizer to keep at our house. Its so frustrating to see your child sick because you cant do much about it, other than snuggle and hope they get better with the medication, and rest... HOWEVER... My child does not slow down when she is sick. Its almost like she enjoys the time when mom and dad stay home from work, so she's obnoxious, runs around the house, talks jibberish, and wont take naps... Everyone thinks we give her suger instead of medicine to make her feel better.

Here are a few pictures of us giving her the medication with the nebulizer. Do you think that makes you loopy??? Because she seems so hyper after.. maybe its too much oxygen. Who knows.. Maybe it just makes her feel better all around, so she's in a better mood...

We have to do these breathing treatments in her crib otherwise she runs away from us and we have to hold her down, I prefer to just restrict her area and do the treatments that way...
